16 x16 Gas Canner Complete w Stand and Shelf
Perfect filtering and canning unit for the smaller producer. Comes with a stand that has an adjustable shelf, 65,000 BTU burner, stainless welded pan, filter rack, and cover. Also includes a 3 4 valve. The pan holds approximately 8 gallons. There is a 1 2 fitting for a thermometer, but our thermometers have a 1 4 thread so you may need a reducing bushing too.
